Fruit Report

Updated 24th January 2020

Blackberries, strawberries & blueberries are now in season.  Cherry season has now finished! Come &  pick  your own!

At 27 Parker Rd ( Berry Farm): Blackberries & blueberries will be available to pick Saturday 25th January. Fruit will be limited so best to visit early to avoid disappointment! A few strawberries and raspberries will also be available – for the early people! If we have a busy day we expect to run out of ripe fruit by lunchtime.

Conditions apply for blueberry picking only. We have to take you by bus to another location on the farm for the blueberries. There is an admission fee of $10 per person for adults/ $5 for children – this gives you access to the main farm & the blueberry patch. There is a minimum purchase of 500g of blueberries per person. You pre-pay for your first 500g before you get on the bus ( $15 per Kg). We have now lifted the age restriction, but we ask that parents/caregivers watch that the young ones are not damaging the plants. Blueberry plants are very fragile & can damage easily – thank you in advance for your co-operation!

AT 30 Chapman Rd ( Cherry Farm): Cherry season has now officially finished. Thank-you for your support & we hope to see you next season. Cherry season usually begins around late November & finishes by early January!

Please check this report after 7pm the night before you wish to visit to ensure fruit availability. The quantity of fruit available for U-Pick can vary daily due to the weather and fruit maturity. Check back again soon to see all of our fruit availability throughout the season!
